About
The University of Liverpool is an inspirational centre of learning. Its environment is designed to support sociable, creative and culturally rich experiences for both students and staff alike.
The new £25m School of Law and Social Justice (SLSJ) building – formerly the Cypress Building – was the focus of an extensive renovation, comprising of:
- A central open atrium area with front and rear access with a reception area, café and large social space/circulation area.
- Academic offices for 120+ staff, collaboration spaces, PC suites, law clinic and postgraduate research suites.
- A ground floor events/meeting space which can accommodate 100+ persons.
- A fifth-floor accessible external terrace area.
Frovi worked alongside the esteemed learning environment design team at Bridgend Office Furniture (BOF) to create perfectly designed spaces that deliver an ideal mix of modern collaboration zones, social spaces, and meeting areas.
Featuring the Relic, Yak and Downtown ranges, all furniture choices were carefully considered to promote comfort, engagement, and space flexibility, whilst incorporating the calming benefits of biophilic design and beautiful modern styling.
