Sumitomo Corporation Europe sought to transform their European headquarters and selected DMG Workplace as their Design & Build Partner for the project at Vintners Place, London. The comprehensive refurbishment encompassed a 45,000 sq. ft. space over a 30-week period, culminating in a SKA Certified Design & Build scheme.
The revitalized fourth-floor office space was designed to blend elegance, functionality, and sustainability, focusing on creating a collaborative and free-flowing environment. To enhance this vision, our Isle table and Ora chair, were integrated into the workspace.
Isle was specified with a white laminate surface that, whilst being in contrasting colours and materials, works harmoniously with with solid oak stained ash bases . Isle minimalistic design and natural timber texture, brings a soft, domestic feel to modern commercial furniture. Its rounded ends promote inclusivity and social interaction, while the Solo power modules and concealed cable management ensures functionality for everyday use for users.
Complementing the Isle table, the Ora chair offers ergonomic comfort with its organically shaped design. Lightweight yet sturdy, Ora is available with either upholstered or polypropylene seats and a variety of frame finishes, making it a versatile addition to any meeting space.
The successful completion of this project not only provided Sumitomo Corporation Europe with a state-of-the-art workspace but also demonstrated DMG Workplace’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable office solutions.
